due to painting?can I deduct? I've lived here 2 months now and for three weeks,no deck. the landlord says they need to wait for two days with no rain and It was dry before it rained. They have my screen screwed shut. I rented this unit because it had a deck I now cant use. I have my tools and other stuff in the storage out there and were going on week 4,is this some thing I can deduct from my rent as I'm not getting the deck I'm paying for?
