IS she the most prolific actress ever ? She seems to be in a new film every month, and there's rarely a week goes by without her being on FTA TV.

There was an ad for her new one (Miss Potter) by the way, her face looked weird.
 
She was good in Bridget Jones. She always comes across in interviews as being a bit too intense though, and she has a bizarre face.
 
I liked the scene where she puts on the huge knickers. Was that in Bridget Jones ?
She's the only Hollywood actress I can stand. Her face can be a bit weird but it beats the blandness that exudes from the faces of 99.9% of Hollywood actresses who all look the same to me.
 
I like her. Especially in Bridget Jones. As msf says, at least she looks like she's got a personality and a bit of character to her! She doesn't look like your stereotypical braindead, vapid, characterless Hollywood actress (she may well be, but at least she gives off the impression she isn't)
 
I think she's a good actress & has an interesting face.

I haven't noticed a new film by her every month. I think the last major one I saw must have been Cinderella Man a few years back. .

I like her, but she always has a squinty face while being interviewed.
 
I'm convinced they called Miss Potter that because they thought some people might be tricked into going to see it thinking it was connected to Harry Potter! ;)
 
It depenRAB on the thinking. A well read person would know it was about my heroine Beatrix Potter. Some people might get confused with her and Beatrice Webb.

People in the last century regularly called each other Miss or Mrs. They thought calling each other by their Christian names was disrespectful. My grandmother used to call her frienRAB Mrs.
