Anyone ever used this?

I really resent having crap on the phone I don't want. I've managed to delete Facebook, Twitter apps, but would love to get rid of email ( I have to use webmail-naked isp), Ovi maps, Office whatever it is. Also the ringtones. I use MID files.
I can't sync with any MS product - the only MS I use is the OS and everything possible is gone. I have used WP since DOS, and I see no reason to change.
I can compose a letter, write pdf files in Illustrator, anyway. So the ability to sync with Lookout is a no-go. I'd love to have a version of a sync that worked like the old Palm. I don't want Yahoo or Google sync either, I have to go clean out the contact files online then. I'd much prefer to have the room for my own apps and databases.
The phone is unlocked. So there's no TM built in.
