Removing spare tire from 2001 Mazda B3000 PU. Can anyone shed some light on

how to do this? I just bought this truck a week ago, I can't figure out where it gets lowered from, usually there is a hole in the bumper, but nothing on this. PLEASE HELP!!!! Thanks!

lay down under it look up to see where the handle might go look for long tube or wrench part
