Removing "Read-only" from flash drive?

Try re-installing from the hippo------------

My sister messed up my flash drive and put the read only attribute on my flash drive. There is NO switch to switch to turn it on or off. When I click Properties there is no tab for changing it. I tried changing permissions to full and that didnt work. What do I do?
