Removing my 70mm Termis for Ceramic Coating...HELP!

Hey guys, I am going to take my exhaust off to get it ceramic coated and I would like to do the end caps and the aluminum straps as well. I know they are riveted on but I was wondering if anyone knew how to remove them and the caps? Once removed, how do I get them back on? I would really like to do the entire exhaust end cones, etc(all Matte Black) as opposed to just the pipes leading the the header. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

To get those items off you need to drill out the center of the rivets. once the center is drilled out you should be able to easily remove the rest of the rivet. You are going to have to look around at your local hardware stores to find the matching rivets to put it back together. If you dont have a rivet gun that would also be a good time to pick one up. Harbor Tool and Freight have great deals on tools like that. Hope this helped.
 
Yes I would like to see pics as well Thanks. I had mine done in black and had the springs,straps and end caps polished but was thinking about doing the same .
