Removing front wing from a Ford KA?

i had a crash about 2 months ago, i have a passenger wing for my ka, i have found 2 bolts by the wheel arch, when i open to bonnet i see where the wing is connected and it may be welded im not too sure?

are the bolts securing the whole wing?

how many bolts should there be to unscrew, i have found 2 under the wheel arch
