Removing Carrier Branding/Flashing Firmware

Hello - I have an E61 that I just bought from www.plemix.com. Everythings great, except the firmware is branded with this "3" stuff from Hong Kong. I found a thread here that told how to flash it, but I had to run and am on a different computer now, and cannot find it! Can anyone help?

AW is correct the flashing thread as removed because it contained copyright protected sw and link to other sites that are known warez havens. Sorry. Thankfully Nokia is releasing more and more phones on it's own software updater so you don't have to take such a risk using hacked sw.
