Remove temporary injunction?

Ok, so I' am writing this question on behalf of my father. My father recently got arrested for domestic violence ( he didn't do anything) . Today they had a court hearing , and my father got a temporary injunction for 9 months, and also has to pay child support for my minor brother who will turn 18 on April 30, 2011. Ok, so here is my question my father is the owner of the home where my mother is living now. I wanted to know what can I do to help him get back into the home, or dissolve the injunction , and have her removed from the premises. My mother is a gold digger she wants to take my fathers house. She has money, and has the ability to rent somewhere. On the other hand my father has no money, and lives check by check. She is constantly lying and trying to get him arrested. Ive been a witness of her acts. I believe it is very unfair what my father is going through, and i want to help him get back into his home that he worked so hard to have All these years. She laughs at what she has accomplished , and I want to do everything in my power to get her removed , and show her she is not the boss !!!!!! By the way this case was held in Miami, Florida.

Why didn't you attend the hearing and testify on his behalf? He can file a motion to appeal and have the order set aside, but you and your brother will need to testify. Is he actually a victim of her abuse? It is common for the male victims to be arrested. I work with them.
