Remakes you WOULD like to see

The Bourne Identity - now don't get me wrong I love the movie, however, just finished the book and it is way way better than the movie. The movie really should say very loosly based upon the book. So, remake the movie but remain faithful to the book - maybe no car chases (though I'm sure one can be gratuitously added!) but a great ending that leaves you wanting more.

Defo. Sorry if I were rude to you before.
It's a good film isn't it? But compared to the book the film never did the novel justice. For what should be an evil film it was to softened. If you get what I am saying :)

Doc Savage- Man of Bronze

This film is a guilty pleasure of mine anyway, but the world neeRAB to see a big budget Doc movie. Doc Savage was the first action hero. He was Indiana Jones and James Bond before they even existed. There were plans to do one with Arnie with Shawshank Redemption's frank Darabont writing and directing, but that fell through so. I guess The Rock would be the only real contender for the role at the moment. And the guy who did Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow should direct it because he obviously has a love for good old fashioned pulp adventure.
If done right, this would make an excellent new movie franchise.

And for some reason I see Owen Wilson as Derek Flint should they decide to remake Our Man Flint/In Like Flint
