I am gettign very anoyed by the way film's are getting remade more and more. Are they really that scared to stick there necks on the line with new ideas and formulas. I don't think it's a terrible idea to remake a film but the flow of them seems constant.

Is it because they allready have the rights to those films already? Anyhew the point being there is very rarely a film which i want to go and see recently becuase of the lack of origionality.

The last remake that i really enjoyed was dawn of the dead (even that wasn't the best), just becuase i love the zombie genre and the origional (much , much better).

Anyhow moan with me and while your doing that check out this great site and save money online :D

If you're including adaptations of books, I think Cruel Intentions of 1999 (from Les Liaisons Dangereuses) is an excellent film.

In a different, lower, league, I didn't mind Planet of the Apes with Mark Wahlberg and Helena Bonham-Carter either.

I didn't see the remake of Dawn of the Dead because I heard it's rubbish - ?
