Hello,
I am an older single mom and want to eventually relocate to a more affordable area (presently in SF Bay area, CA) to raise my little boys and retire there.
I can buy a home now (since prices are going down), rent it out so it pays itself off, and eventually move there. (Currently I have obligations that could keep me here for 6 more years.)
I can spend up to $125,000 maximum for a solid home.
I am looking for safety, good schools, and hopefully positive cash flow on the property.
Any insights on the differences between the above areas would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!
