Reloaded your BB OS, you need to send your service books back to your phone

It is pretty easy
Usually from a PC/MAC or any computer that has access to the internet.goto: www.t-mobile.comclick on support for my phone. (in the upper righthand corner..it should have a picture of your phone there)under resources click on setup Blackberry internet e-mail (currently on the righhand side)under settings on the lefthand side, click on service booksClick on the button (send Service Books)
