pink dress? I'm dead serious. I went to get lunch today with my brother and there was a guy (beard and all) wandering around in a pink dress in the same shopping area as the restaurant. The guy looked pretty rough like he was crazy or on drugs (or both). Are the suburbs of Phoenix becoming the new LA?
He looked smelly and mentally unstable so I didn't want to approach him. Lol I've totally seen a guy wandering around in a utility kilt in Flag though!
