religious symbol? ive been tring to find a symbol i first saw in a RS book in school!?

Its a Sikh symbol and i saw it on the right palm of guru nanak.
now i would just look at the book again but i left school 4years ago so thats not really an option lol. i have the symbol as a tattoo and will upload a photo if i can.
i would really like to find a site that shows this symbol.
anyways any help would be great!

this might be the symbol on this web site and it also has a discription. to research this futher u might want to Google this or go to Ask.com.
