lately my gf has been saying a lot of things about what 'a lot of guys' or 'most guys' will do that I should do, so I'm doing a poll to see what most guys really will do and what most girls really think you should do. this is under the assumption that you don't sleep together.
breaking up with her is not an option in this survey
1. how much time should you spend with your girlfriend compared to doing other activities?
2. If you are going to college and working & so don't have much time (say monday & wednesday you have 3 free hours between classes, tuesday and thursday you have 4 free hours between morning and night classes, and fri-sun you have work from 3-11 and got home from school at 10:30 thurs night & your gf is a half hour car ride away) how much of that time should you spend with your gf?
3. if you spent every spare second with her under the previous circumstances, should you at least have the right to take her with you to a friends or to do something you wanted to do?
4. If you answered yes to the previous question, how often should you be able to take her to a friend's or do something you wanted?
5. If you and your gf are arguing and it obviously isn't getting somewhere, do you have a right to stop arguing?
6. If your gf is trying as hard as she can to hurt you and she won't stop if you tell her to and if she keeps biting and scratching you for no reason other than that she is in a violent mood what should you do? (reccomending her to a shrink would definately not be an option, I've never tried it but she thinks all psychology is a bunch of bullshit)
7. same question as last time but you do not have the option of leaving because if you do she'll literally be bitching you out about it for the next 1 1/2 years ( no exageration, it happened over that long ago and she still won't let it go)
8. If she tells you to leave over and over again and won't let off, should you leave?
9. Should she be aloud to tell you that you can't talk to girls? (assuming you are hte completely loyal type of guy)
10. Assuming you spend every spare second with her , what should you do if your sister has a wedding and wants you to come to the rehersal the day before and the reception the night of and she wants to see you the morning after, & your gf can't come to the wedding?
11. If your boss has made it clear that you can only request one day out of the month and you work on thanksgiving but your 2 years together mark is after thanksgiving and she wants to see you both days and no one will cover for you at work on thanksgiving anyways what should you do?
12. If your gf doesnt want you talking to your friends because you might want to hang out with them and she doesnt want you hanging out with your friends because you don't have much time and she wants to spend every second you have of every day laying on the couch watching t.v. and occasionaly having sex and you have put up with this for 6 months in a row what would you do?
13. if you got home from college at 10:30 mon-thurs and you had to work the weekends, then would you choose a job that you work 8 a.m to 4 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., assuming that you wouldnt get home until midnight because your gf would definately keep you around all that time and you only get about 6 hours of sleep anyways because you talk to her in the mornings and get home late from college. Not talking to her in the mornings is not an option, not working any other hours is not an option, not working is not an option.
14. If there was something that you got the opportunity to do that you have been wanting to do worse than anything else in the world since you were 4 years old but it was at the time of a certain college class for next semester would you: a. drop the class until next year, that way you would be able to do what you wanted and still see your girlfriend just as much and besides that you would still finish college at the same time. b. take the college class at a different time and do the thing you want to do so bad, you'd have about 6 hours a week less to see your gf when your total hours a week of seeing her are about 24 c. not do the thing you want because your gf thinks its dumb anyway, just like she thinks everything else except for sitting on the couch being lazy and having sex are, and so she'll get pissed at you, but still take the college class this year even though it'll piss her off because you were considering taking it off this year to do the thing you really wanted d. don't do the thing you wanted and take the college class next year so that you'll make her happy for a couple of days and not be able to do the thing you wanted to do at all because she'll get pissed off at you if you take it even in the last half of next year because you taking the class next year means you will have school at the time that the thing you really want to do is at for all of next year and after that your career choice assures that you won't be able to do it f
