How can I wipe out android and do a fresh install with NONE of the original system files, notably the WiFi system file. I tried the wifi tethering a few weeks back and it screwed up my Wifi. I canceled my cell service and I wiped the phone out to find that I cannot install a terminal app without a file explorer from Market, which I cannot get into without Verizon or wifi. So I want to use my copy of Android 2.1 that I've been using, but I need to have all of the system files replaced. The boot menu update option doesn't replace the wifi file. Help?
