My Sargeant just tried to bust me out for being 3 minutes late. The problem, i feel, is that I was 7 minutes early for my appointed time. So, I was 3 minutes late to being 10 minutes early for my job. This makes no sense to me, so I was wondering if there was an actual Army Regulation dictating that practice, or if it is just an unwritten(i.e.non-punishable) rule. Please point out the regulation.
