regret homecoming dance or family...?

okay so i got asked to go to homecoming and i said yes well come to find out my familys going on this camping trip we do every single year and i REALLLLLY want to go cause i love going and spending time with my family. but im starting to feel regret about not going to the camping trip that i have been dying allllll year to go too and i just dont no what to do! it really hit me cause my sister just texted me saying they just left and im like depressed now. can you please help me thanks you soo much

I would regret family...u said that they go camping every year, so there will always be another camping trip..whereas homecoming only comes a few times in ur life and u might regret it when u get older...I would pick homecoming and call and talk with the family so u won't miss them as much..
