I (ukranian muslim lady) just got married to my husband (indian muslim) at Dubai court (sharia marriage). I have got the marriage certificate from Dubai court. Now, how can my husband register this marriage in his home country- india?
Also i would like to know, after the registration of our marriage in india, can i get a permanent spouse visa/PIO to live in india? What about our children, will they be indian citizens by birth? sorry for too many questions.
