regarding''cash for clunkers'',what if my old car is worth 10,000 dollars?

is it worth considering it? do i need to consider the cash for clunders deal only when my car is worth less than 4500 dollars?
it's '01 toyota runner,with 60k miles.i'm guessing it's worth 10000 dollars or less, but more than 4500.
