Regarding the definition of weeknight unlimited calling in T-mobile family plan,?

if I began a call from say 8:45pm and ended at 9:15pm during the week, how many minutes am I going to be charged? Am I going to be charged 30 minutes or 15 minutes of airtime?

only 15 honey. They will charge you up till 9pm. However call them and double check. and monitor your bill!
 
15. Likewise, if you start a call at 5:45 AM and talk until 6:15 AM, you'll be billed for 15 minutes.

Unless you're roaming off of an other carrier's towers at the time, it won't use up any of your minutes to talk between 9pm-6am if you're talking to someone with a US phone number.
