This is an update to the last posting. I checked fuses, wiring harnesses in the back and also the bulbs. The back turn signals and brake lights(both of them) are not working. thank you for your suggestions on the ground. My question in addition is, The back lights work when the lights headlights are on, but not when the head lights are off. Could it still be a problem with the ground? Any help would really be appreciated. FYI, the front blinkers are working on a fast blink. Fords!!! You still gotta love em

The rear tail light and turning indicator light have stopped working on our 1998 Ford F-150 truck. We have replaced the bulbs and checked the fuse box, which appear to be okay, yet the lights still do not work. There is no evidence of a wire problem in the visible areas. Any ideas on what can be done to fix it or what might be the problem? We are currently unemployed and cannot afford to go to a shop, but also need our truck to be able to find work. Please help if this problem sounds familiar to you. Thank you!
