Ok, so i ordered (and JUST received) the LG Cosmos from verizon and i'm signing another 2 year contract.. you know, 2 year upgrade... but i haven't activated it yet. Today i was looking at the website and they just released the "Pantech Crux", and i really want that one instead. Can you exchange an unactivated phone that you have already received for a different one? please help!!
