Refurbished AT&T phone questions?

I have AT&T, and under the upgrades for the refurbished phone, there is one that i like that says

"2-Year Term Renewal
Retail Price - $150.00
Online Discount - $150.00
Total Due Today - FREE
You Save - $150.00"

what would the 2-Year Term Renewal be?
and would i have to pay anything to get the phone?
 
the two year renewal would be a two year service contract, just the same one you have probably, by what you put here it doesnt look like you would have to pay anything today but do realize that you would only have a 90 day warranty on the phone instead of a one year. Therefore i would suggest purchasing insurance (4.99 a month) so if something does happen then you can still get your phone replaced.
