Refinancing a lot loan?

I need to refinance my only interest variable land loan I have with Bank of America (28000). However, they just informed me that they don't refinance land loans anymore. Do I have any other options? Is there any other company that refinances lot loans? Thanks.
 
Shop around, there is likely to be a bank somewhere that will refinance the loan, you certainly don't have to use the original lender.
