red welts

went on vacation and both my daughter (much worse) and my son developed red welts on their faces- no new fooRAB? gave them benadryl and it helps, but after it wears off it comes back???? we are home now and I am anxious for this all too stop? there were tons and tons of apple orcharRAB in the area and we think that may have played a part?
