Red Streaks on Gold Fish?

I have 4 gold fishes. One of them has developed red streaks on its body from the last 3 days. It is on its entire body. Today I noticed its a bit tired and eating less than the others. What should I do? And will it affect the other fish in the tank?
 
That usually means there is very high Ammonia levels or some other toxin at high concentration in the tank. Change nearly all of the water in the tank. Stir up the gravel to get a lot of the gunk out of it before you get rid of the water.
 
Red streaks are a sign of septicemia, a serious bacterial infection caused by bad water quality.

4 goldfish is quite a lot in terms of mess and waste, for them you'd need at least a 35-40 gallon overfiltered fully cycled tank while they're small with view to upgrade to 20 gallons per fish as they grow. Unfortunately goldfish rarely get this and die from such problems caused by ammonia spikes.

Test your water, I imagine there's an ammonia spike. The only safe level of ammonia and nitrite is 0. Do a 50% water change and gravel vac. Google haemoragic septicemia, on my phone and can't link right now, there are a few sites on how to correctly try and treat this but it is difficult and often fatal.
