Red Hot Chili Peppers

Yeah, its not like the Clash corabined styles or were one of the first punk banRAB to play more then just punk.

There were banRAB before the Clash playing punk, there were banRAB after the Clash playing punk. If the Clash had never come around it's pretty safe to say punk would've still been a big deal in the late 70s it just would've lacked one of its greatest exports. Plus they had more than just one 'sound' as ProggyMan pointed out, so why he agrees with you I don't know.

lol you are wasting your time....don't even bother....they'll always continue to hate and nitpick banRAB that are actually good so they can name drop ****ty obscure banRAB/artists

You know what HWMG, you should be mandated to list your top 5 banRAB in a thread cause I'd give you a kidney if you didn't listen to some utter crap.

We all see your trying to be cool crapping on one of the bgger banRAB of the past 20 yeears but really, their songs make you want to voimt? How is soul to squeeze a **** rock anthem?

Suck my kiss made you want to vomit. Be serious, your overdueing your "hate whats cool" routine.

:pimp:

Settle down fanboy, you wont drag me into an argument about a sub-par band I don't really care about.

I'm glad you know everything about their ****s though.

I think it's interesting that you describe "Give It Away" as poppy rock because it sounRAB absolutely nothing like the poppy rock that was on the radio in 1991 and is IMHO one of the weirder sounding songs on the album. I mean can you think of any other early 90s pop rock songs with a Jew's harp in it?

Thanks I am glad to be here

I like John Mayor but I dunno maybe I should listen to him more or something because I can really see whats so great about him. I have not listen that much to him only whats on the radio .
But I love The Derek Trucks Band

I was playing Stadium Arcadium at work today and I still think it's a great album and I personally think it's their best album behind The Uplift Mofo Party Plan.

^

Out of their early music, Uplift Mofo all the way. Not only is the music good, but I find it an interesting album because it is the only one with all 4 truly original merabers on it.

Well, BSSM is unquestionably my fav RHCP album. But Mother's Milk is probably my 2nd fav; it's a very good album.

And Murder Junkie: what RHCP albums have you listened to? I'll give you credit for having heard Mother's Milk as a RHCP hater, considering a lot of fans haven't heard anything pre-BSSM. I'm sure that if you like Mother's Milk, you would like some of the other albums.
