although I found the end rediculous, I really liked all but the last 15 minutes of the movie...Rachel is just amazing and Cillian creeps me out...but I totally see where you guys are coming from with the sexual tension between them.

Overall, I liked this movie, they were a great combo

You know, I thought he was going to change in the end, but I guess that would have been too predictable, lol.

i love when...

[sp]he shows up at the house, and goes "hello lisa" in his funny voice:lol:[/sp]

everyone jumped in the theatre when that happened. i laughed at these preppy girls who were there. they were hiding in their seats, so we were throwing popcorn at them:lol:

We have this and Jodie Foster in "Flightplan" -- Two, "Women-in-peril-trapped-on-a-plane" flicks coming out this Fall.

Also, I technically wouldn't call this a horror film. It is more of a suspense thriller even if Wes Craven is directing; he's branching out a lot lately and not just doing horror which is a good thing.

Which film will win the box office and which one will be the better film? Hmm... ;)

I saw Red Eye last night. It was such a good movie. Really intense. Cillian was creepy. He is really good at being bad. And he was somewhat amusing too. It made me laugh quite a few times. My favorite line, in reference to his parents, is when he said "that is what I said, before I killed them." I don't know if those were the exact words, but close enough. It was funny, because Lisa took it as a really bad joke or something, and it was so clearly obvious that he was not joking.

And on the airplane, when he went chasing after Lisa and the little girl tripped him with her bag. That was funny.

Overall, both Cillian and Rachel did an amazing job. I have never seen her in anything before, but I really liked her in this.

Just saw it. Loved it. It was perfectly tense when it was supposed to be. There was one scene that actually made me jump.

Rachel and Cillian were great. They're so much fun to watch in this movie.

Yep, she just stepped up her acting to a whole new level, sorry but everything else she has done (as good as she was in those roles), don't even hold a candle do Lisa, for me.

No, this isn't horror, it's thriller, if it was horror, I'd have to pass too, lol.

I actually saw the latest trailer for it during Mr. and Mrs. Smith, and at the end, it said "August 19". Though I havta say I am having second thoughts about seeing this. lol... :look:

I saw this movie this past week and LOVED it! Probably one of the best movies I've seen in a long time. It has a very typical, somewhat predictable plot but Rachel & Cillian did a great job with the script and the direction was superb. I loved how the movie was able to have me freaking out and laughing at the same time.

I really hope that Rachel & Cillian work together in the future...they had soo much chemistry in this movie. It was weird how their characters went from looking like potential love interests to having a killer/victim relationship.
