Red and white blood cells and protein in urine? please answer!!?

I have been running around the medical world the past month. I am a 14 year old male. My first urine test they found a large amount of protien in my urine, and then they sent me to get an ultra sound, and then the sent me to a nephrologist (kidney doctor) and he looked at the urine test that I did today under the microscope, and he said the protein could have been from puberty, but he said that's not the case because he found red and white blood cells in the urine, which is abnormal. What do the red and white blood cells mean? They did another urine test, and they drew three tubes of blood from me and they are going to do some testing, but i would like a prediction now. Thank you
