A curious question I am pondering on...
Any base actually of all military branches. I just live on Camp Pendleton, so used it for an example.
Is there and ordinance laws that people cannot take recyclables (cans, plastic, glass) out of recycling bens once it is on the curve?
Curve-sidewalk: Public property (If so, isn't this a conflict?)
Not private property or in the drive way. Not speaking upon going through trash cans, even though California state law allows one to do so as it is now on public property location. Reason why DNA can be taken with out breaking a person’s 4th amendment law if left in a public location.
