Rectal/Muscle Issue?

Lately I have been having sharp spasms around or inside the rectal area. Also after having an erection I tend to have the same pain. When I urinate or have a bowel movement I also experience this pain. I would be nice to know what this is and could it be a pulled muscle or something?
