Recording midi drums lagging behind?

I recently bought an electronic drum kit so i could record, but when i record with midi, it lags behind. EG when i hit the snare 2 seconds later i hear it come from the computer, and this means i have to use the crappy sounds built into the kit when playing with my band. How do i fix this, i am using a dtxplorer and EZDrummer with Cubase LE4
What is a DTRH button?
