Recommendations on e61 case & BT keyboard

Hey all, selling my n80 on ebay right now to buy an e61... wondering if anyone has any good case recommendations for it? Also same thing with BT Keyboards, as I'll be getting one soon as well.

I use the moto Q case from bestbuy and have the nokia BT keyboard and I havent been happier....Its funny how much technology is available to the gen pop but I still get people who comment on how cool the set up is when im in a hotspot
 
That's correct

I want something for when I'm at work, or on business trips, that's more of a full qwerty for touch typing.



Does the moto q case really fit that well? The Q is smaller than the e61 (though not by much). Anyway, the nokia BT looks good, though the stowaway looks good too.

The Q case fits perfectly....it's almost as if it was designed for the E61. I'll post a pic of it tonight if i get a chance, otherwise by tomorrow evening.
 
.........another thing, If you havent used the E61s keypad for long periods of time you may find that you type faster on it than the BT keyboard. I only got the Nokia BT KB because I know I'm getting the N95 at the launch and have grown so accustomed to a full qwerty that I'll go insane when I need to pound out some emails. With the KB I can atleast park my butt somewhere and whip it out but otherwise, I can type much quicker on the phone itself.
 
I don't know about that for me, but we'll see... I can touch type damn near 80 words a minute... even on the smallest touch type keyboard I've used (Sony Picturebook for example), I can still do 50 wpm...

Definitely post a pic up of the e61 in the case if you have a chance!

I'm also using the Q case from Best Buy and like it, but I really like to have a pocket for a spare storage card. Hence, I'm waiting for this beauty to be delivered on Monday. The Krusell case I had previously (different phone) was fantastic quality. I really like their products!
 
That is a sharp case but with a 2gig card I dont really think I need a spare....although I'm going to get an extra 2gig microsd for the n95 to use for movies so I will get a case like that eventually
 
Just so you all know, I got the Krusell Pictor (I think that's the name) case, and I like it, but I would not recommend it. Here's why: It's quite large!
Technically it fits the e61, but it could also fit a much larger pda. In the Pictor case, my phone jiggles around as much as my belly when I walk. The case looks and feels great and is well built (typical for Krusell), but it's just 1/2 an inch or a little more taller than the e61 when it's in the case. The Moto Q case is a much better fit for the e61.
That said, I plan on using the Krusell case because of it's quality and look. AND the fact that it's more than protected in this hefty case.

So again, I like it...very good case, but I wouldn't recommend it for the e61.
 
I held one in Compusa the other day and It stole the show. I also bought the su 8w and need to use it more. I've been using it with my 770 (tablet) and i'm now finding that it's a bit too cramped for my liking. I do remember when I had my stowaway that the layout and size felt very similar to a full size keyboard and you could use it comfortably in your lap. I'm hoping that the n80 will force me to get used to the keypad so when the N95 comes out I'll be sitting on my couch Fn with my N95 from across the room.
