Hi, several years ago a injected a considerable about of money into my business through my personal credit card hoping that I would soon be able to pay it back. Unfortunately this has never happened, the business is still running. Every month I have paid the interest on the credit cards from the business which has had the effect of reducing the amount in my director loan account to the point where I know owe the company money and still have the debts personally. Is there any way to claim this interest back from the company so it becomes a business rather than personal expense (this is a UK company)?
