Recipes for cooking with Mike's hard lemonade?

I'm looking for actual food recipes, not mixed drinks using Mike's hard lemonade. I recently came into quite a few bottles for a party and don't really like the taste of it myself. I was hoping I could use it in cooking or baking somehow. Any recipes for that, or using blackberry brandy as well, would be awesome.
