My fiance is on a ship in China port. He needs a recharge of Rs. 500/- on his Vodafone which is basically an Indian number. He is on China roaming and able to send and receive sms and calls using the same number. I wanted to know how should I go about sending him the recharge. I tried sending online recharge through my ICICI bank account. It showed transaction successful but its been 12 hrs and he has not received the top up yet. what to do ? any idea ?
