recently got a replacement palm pre(sprint)?

this one seems to heat up to the maxx! its also loose on the hinge "oreo twist" and the center button is the ugly ones (not chrome..its more like apearl and it looks fugly!) will they send me another one? or can i go to the store and get a brand new one? any is fine as long as its free
or even better pay the difference on a new phone for example the bold or even better the EVO?
