so I used to work for a dealership and got replaced and fired. On the paper work I signed has no reason indicating why I was fired. If I wouldn't have asked I would have not known and His reason was for lack of Performance. but someone was there when he said it.
Co works I had there all asked why was I fired for if i was always doing my job and they have seen me before.
My opinion for getting fired is that I wasn't as flirtatious as other females there and I also have heard he likes flirty pretty girls working at the dealership
So my question is Can I sue for discrimination? if so who do I sue my boss or the dealership?
