Recently bought a v3c razor

from ebay that was fully flashed for cricket. i called cricket to connect it thru the phone asked for the esn , gave it to them, then she said it wansnt acceptable, so she said repeat it, so i did, she charged me set up my account, then she said just dial *228 and follow the instructions, well it fails everytime, and now im stuck, i have read plenty of stuff here and still dont know what to do any help? thanks in advance
 
from the keypad:

dial #073887* (it should ask for security code, enter 000000)
go to user activation
input your MDN (phone nuraber)
input you MIN (10 digit nurabert that looks like a phone nuraber, assigned by cricket)
exit
phone will reboot
if done properly, your phone should now work
