Ok, this little truck is really started to give me some trouble. I bought it about a week and a half ago and since then, I have changed out a lot of things, including cylinder heads. Got everything put back together this morning and was taking it for a drive and it just dies on me. I tried to start it back and nothing happened. No clicking, nothing. The gauges didn't even move when I turned the key on. All I did before it died, was set the timing on it and then take it for a drive. You can turn the key on, and none of gauges move, but there is plenty of power at the battery. I changed the cylanoid and that wasn't what the problem was either. Please help. 10 pts to the best answerer who can fix this!
Head lights won't come on and I put a new alternator on it last week. Checked for wires, found some and I repaired them. Will look again.

It could possibly be your alternator. Maybe you have a wire loose and there is a bad electrical connection. If the battery is good, and your headlights come on and burn bright, then check your alternator.
