C.C.'s contract with Lelouch was to remove her immortality and have Lelouch kill her. Lelouch tried to convince to not go through with it, but Charles got to C.C.. Now C.C. has lost her powers, her immortality and all her memories. Also turns out that C.C. is only immune to the Geass powers she gives out, the Geass powers given out by others can affect her.
 
I don't think anyone mentioned this yet but in this episode, when Lelouch raises his hand at the end of the OP, the sky turns to nighttime instead of staying at day.
 
I think the whole fanservice angle neeRAB to be retired from this thread.

Honestly though, it's at the same level it was last season. Remeraber Kallen's outfit? the way her Knightmare always required her to be bent over lending to various shots? C.C.'s skin-tight clothing? Kallen's nude scene in the shower? Viletta's nude scene in Ougi's bed...? Naked Kallen on the beach? this is just from the top of my head.
