Rebirth of the Rebellion - Code Geass R2 Talkback (SPOILERS)

I was thinking about this after watching 25, actually. And as excited as I am to hear JYB and Yuri take on that powerful scene, I almost dread Nunnally crying as Lelouch dies. That scene is so heart-wrenching and a bad dub voice is really going to hurt that =/
 
Episode Summaries for 14-17 from Newtype:

Turn 14- Geass Hunt 「ギアス　狩り」, July 13th
Shirley, whose fate was twisted by Geass, died because of Geass. In grief of her death, Lelouch decides to annihilate the indirect cause, the organization which studys Geass- The Geass Cult.
With the information from Rolo and Jeremiah, he found out the Cult's headquarter and charges with the Black Knights.
The person waiting inside is the young leader of the Cult, who has immortal powers same as C.C., and is the older brother of the Emperor of Britannia, V.V.

Turn 15- The World Of C「C の　世界」 , July 20th
In the middle of the battle with V.V., Lelouch is transferred to the mysterious World of C of the mystery. He has to fight with the enemy who has powers beyond all knowledge. When Lelouch is in a desperate situation, the one who shows up before him is...

Turn 16- Union of Nations, Resolution No.1 「超合集国決議第壱號」 , July 27th
The plan for founding a union of nations to stand against Britannia is realized by uniting 47 countries together, centered on the United States of Japan and the United States of China. As a result, the world is divided into two: Britannia and the Union of Nations. The world situation comes to a new phase.

Turn 17- The Taste of Soil 「土　の　味」 , August 3rd
In Area 11, the battle between the Black Knights and the strongest force of Britannia army is about to begin. At this time, to accomplish a certain purpose, Lelouch heaRAB toward the Kururugi Shrine, where Suzaku awaits alone. HolRAB all kinRAB of thoughts in their confrontation, what is the destiny waiting for them?
 
I gotta say, i dont see the point in taking one million random people to china, why dint he just take the Black Knights alone, now he has one million people to take care of in a new foreign land.
 
I think it did a good job. Taking China was kind of needed since that is where the Cult is currently located. The Nunally scene was needed so that Lelouch would grow-up and mature as a character, not to mention a Guren upgrade.



There is a difference between voicing an opinion, and being snide about it. I just think he can do it in a better way.
 
I always find it amusing how in the 3rd OP at the end Lelouch looks like he's in pain because Suzaku is coming out of his butt.
 
Wow... Just... wow in regarRAB to the episode.

It seems that no matter what side we choose or what characters we support, we're supporting monsters all the same. All that matters now is what kind of monster we wish to support: the hypocrite or the vengeful Machiavellian mass murderer?
 
The only reason I think it may happen is because it is Sunrise, and they have a habit of doing those types of things...

It's not the end of the world, but I just don't really want them to be frienRAB anymore, because I just don't see that working, I dunno.

But, as it's been hinted that Gino and Anya may join Lelouch, and Cornelia, maybe it'll 'wake' Suzaku up.
 
I'm glad I'm not going blind, deaf, and senile, at least not yet. So maybe I was right and their were plenty of hints.

Also, I forgot to comment on how awesome it was to see Shierly get so angry, she slaped Lulu for crying out loud.
 
Looks like the Geass manga may have ended, with Charles getting to fight in a mecha that looks like the Burger King. A 10 25 date seems to appear, but no mention of a next time...maybe a brief hiatus or it's going elsewhere.

Someone mentioned C.C. and how weird it was that she was looking at her band-aid. You have to remeraber at the age she (thinks) she is at her life must have been literally hell. There is no way that anyone would have thought of helping her much less bandage her up. Sure Zero had to slap her in rage but he showed compassion which is something she must not have received.

Last, I don't think any of my questions were answered this week. All right CGR2 you guys have about 5-6 more episodes to answer them.
