Can we blame Suzaku for his feelings, though? We know the Geass command on Euphie was an accident, but Suzaku had no way of knowing. Euphie and Zero were alone together at the time. And then, as much as LeLouch hated it, he used the incident to kickstart his rebellion with Euphie left being portrayed as a mass murderer. He also personally shot her. In a way that was mercy as she would've gone on trying to kill forever, but it was also done for the sake of his plans.
Frankly, even if Suzaku knew the full truth, I think he'd still be angry over the lie. Plus, while its harsh, even though what happened to Euphie was an accident LeLouch is still responsible. Its something he'll live with that won't go away, much like Suzaku has his father's life on his head no matter how he tries to justify it to himself.
All that said, I agree that he's probably going to be far too obsessed with revenge for his own good and people around him are likely to suffer for it. And the beat goes on...
