Rebate Question

I purchased my 8120 on May 6, 2008. I mailed in my rebate the next day or 2. I got a letter yesterday from the rebate department saying the date on the sales receipt does not match the dates of the rebate. I am going to resubmit but I wanted to get a rep's advice on what to submit this time around and what do I need to say/do to prove that I am in fact eligible to receive my rebate? Thanks.

You do not have to resubmit anything unless they told you so. I suggest calling tmobile. They have a great customer service and just explain to them everything.

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~to double check go to tmobilerebates.com put in the date and the phone and if it shows an offer returned you're good ask young america (the actual rebate company) to resubmit for you you won't have to send anything in again

Did you have the data plan added on upon getting the new phone they will deny if not

If everything is showing you should get the rebate but young america is still denying then call tmoible cust care and ask for a rebate credit

I know I know but you would be surprized the people who call in who don't have it I always have to ask haha

Call care let them know they will check if there was an offer which I know there was but not all reps are all about blackberry knowledge like I am so they will check and per policy if a rebate was offered and you qualified but young a.erica denied anyway the will issue a credit on you tmo account
