It is very simple. here is a step by step. from the inside of the truck take a flat tip screwdriver and try to push it between the glass and the body of the truck (pull the black gasket down a little to gain access) start with the corner once you have the screwdriver in get another one and move it down a few inches and do the same process. Once you have done this start pushing on the glass from the inside where the screwdrivers are and the glass should start coming out , if you continue pulling down the gasket the glass will be easier to get out. To put it back in get some rope and slip in the gasket all around the glass (spray wd40 it may help) put the two ends of the rope inside the truck and pull one at a time (have a friend help ) from the outside hitting on the glass as you pull the rope
