rear window motor on 1993 ford bronco?

the old motor went out on me and i replaced it, but now the new one will not turn I have power in one of the wires but not the other one I have power to it but it will not run I have check the fuse and the wires i do not no what else it could be!
 
I have the same condition mine is not the motor it's a short in the switch on the dask I have to wiggle it up and down . I.t usually takes a little bit to get it to go. Pop off you dash cover so you canget to the switch check it with a meter to see if power is getting to it is so check the power to the motor when the switch is moved in the up position. if it is the switch you can get a new one or just install a toggle switch.
