hi we have a sony 65' inch that was given to us tonight
but it works full color 1 min then goes completely red
my husband opened the back turned it on and watched it all three lamps were work then all of a sudden the green and the blue turn off and it dose this every time it turns on then it just stays red so red we can not see menu or anything any suggestions on how to fix this and if we do have to take it to a tech approximately how much will it cost to fix???/
