really weird rash immediate help needed?

im sorry this is long but plz read

ok it started a month ago when my stomach was so bloated and hurt and i had a fluttering feeling in it i literally thought i was pregnant. well i got my period and thought that was that. so then out of no where i get these white spots on my hands that itch so bad and turn my skin really red and shiny and swollen to about twice the size. this has been for maybe 3 weeks. today i put on socks and went out. 30 minutes later i had these itchy blistery welts on both my ankles on the top where my socks were and again where my pants meet by back. stayed like this for about 7 hours. got home and put no socks and lose shorts. still have it on ankles and back and now hips. also have itchy rash on legs and my fingers are starting to swell. what should i do. go to the hospital or wait it out untili can see the dr sometime next week. this is really uncomfortable and i cant sleep.

also its not a detergent allergy cuz i already checked unless just developed today and not something i ate. i was bit by and unknown bug on my leg a few weeks back it had 3 puncture wound. 2 on top 1 on botton about the size of a half dollar. area turned itchy swollen purple and now is a patch of slightly discolored dry skin.

throat was sore earlier. is that bad??
 
Could be a reaction to the bug bite, could be something else, there's really no way of telling. Just do what you can to stay cool and don't itch them!!!! it will only make it itch worse and possibly break the skin. If you really can't stand it or you get a fever or sore throat, head into the ER because then its serious. Otherwise, if you can make it to your doctors appointment, you'll be fine. But don't be hesitant to go to the ER, where they will treat the problem.
